We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, colors, and details. However, slight variations may occur due to photography or screen settings.

3. Orders & Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation call or message from our team.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to incorrect details, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Payment methods accepted: Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Bank Transfer.
Prices may be updated without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver all over Pakistan within 4 to 5 working days after order confirmation.
Flat shipping fee: PKR 250.
Free shipping: On orders above PKR 3000.
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays, public holidays, or sales rush.

6. Return & Exchange

No returns are accepted.
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery only if:
- The product is faulty/damaged.
- The wrong product, color, or variety has been delivered.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact for an exchange.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of Ansari Fabrics.
Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ansari Fabrics is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, inaccurate addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss arising from the use of our products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
